When you submit the project inquiry form, I receive the information you provide, including your name, email address, company or agency, phone or WhatsApp number, requested service, and project brief. Optional fields are clearly identified on the form.

The form also records the submission time and IP address for security, spam prevention, and troubleshooting. The hosting provider may maintain standard server logs containing information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times.

I use your information to review and respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, prepare scopes or proposals, maintain business records, protect the website from misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal information or use project inquiries for third-party advertising.

Form submissions are delivered to my email address. Information may also be processed by providers that support this website, hosting, or email service. These providers may only use the information to provide their services.

I may disclose information when required by law or to protect my rights or safety.

Information may be stored on the hosting provider's systems and in my email account. Providers may operate in different countries, so information may be processed outside your country of residence.

The public portfolio does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential technical features and server logs may still be used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. I will update this policy if that changes.
